All orders are shipped within 2-3 days via USPS First Class Mail. Allow 3-5 days for delivery. For international orders, it can take anywhere from 12-35 days. Tracking number will be provided.

As we are a small business, each item is carefully and lovingly crafted. We do not accept any refunds or returns due to change of mind.

However, we are willing to accept exchanges for in-store credit as long as the product is still in its original condition. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

Hand-wash in cold or slightly warm water with like colors, and lay flat to dry. Fabric softener is recommend on the first wash to make the veil more flowy. Do not wring, soak or bleach.

It is recommended to have a separate pouch for veils as other items in a purse or bag may scrape/tear against the delicate lace.
