Handwash in cold or slightly warm water, and carefully lay flat to dry. Avoid drying material in the sun or ironing. Do not wring, soak or bleach.

It is recommended to have a separate pouch for veils as other items in a purse or bag may scrape/tear against the delicate lace.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 days via USPS First Class Mail. Allow 3-5 days for delivery. For international orders, it can take anywhere from 12-35 days. Tracking number will be provided.

As we are a small business, each item is carefully and lovingly crafted. We do not accept any refunds or returns due to change of mind.

However, we are willing to accept exchanges for in-store credit as long as the product is still in its original condition. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
