The bib and skirt part of this apron is 100% navy blue linen, while the strap, pocket, and lace accents are cotton. 
Size is S-L. 26.5” waistband, 40” long. The skirt will fit around fully on a small - smaller medium. As seen on a size 6 mannequin. 
For clarity, the waistband fits a variety of sizes and the exact measurements means that it fits that size at the SMALLEST setting… The straps are fully adjustable which makes the waistband adjust to your desired fit. These aprons are also perfect for pregnancy.
